I keep a journal. I’ve done this for about 5-6 years and I can count on one hand the days I have missed an entry. It has become a habit and I would suggest you take the time and effort to create this wonderful habit. Sometimes I write several paragraphs, other times it’s one sentence.
Please don’t run from problems. Running from a problem just makes it worse. Running directly INTO a problem makes is easier. Worse. Easier. Those are your two choices when you are facing a problem.
